The Problem Type section contains a drop-down menu with the following options:
- Unspecified (default)
- Crash
- Can't log in
- Can't load page
- Blank page
- Content missing
- Behavior wrong
- Appearance wrong
- Other problem
These problem types are pretty self-explanatory. However, if you do not feel like your specific issue fits into any of these categories then you should choose Other problem.
