The Bottom Line
MySpaceHax (Re-Edited) is a Greasemonkey user script which adds a new menu to all MySpace user profile pages, containing several options including Add User, View Comments, View Pictures, and more.
This script requires the Firefox web browser and the Greasemonkey extension.
Pros
- Most common MySpace profile tasks are easily accessible via this new menu.
- This script lets you view friends lists and blogs even if the user has hidden them in their profile.
Cons
- The Add Comment option does not work.
- There is no option available in the menu to send a message.
- The menu items are displayed too close to each other.
Description
- MySpaceHax (Re-Edited) adds a new menu to the upper right hand corner of all MySpace profile pages.
- This menu, aligned vertically, has a gray background with each option displayed in black text.

Guide Review - MySpaceHax (Re-Edited)
MySpaceHax (Re-Edited) is a decent script as it adds an element of convenience to all user profile pages. Having this new menu available definitely makes navigation a lot easier while bouncing around the various areas of a user profile. However, I do not particularly care for the display itself as it appears as if all the options are bunched together. Also, having no messaging option available strikes me as a glaring omission. Perhaps the worst flaw in this script is the fact that the Add Comment option, one of the most commonly used on MySpace, is broken. If you use the other options listed quite often and can deal with these shortcomings then this script may be a useful tool for you.
