The Firefox user interface doesn't take up a significant amount of real estate. Still, there are occasions where the browsing experience is better when viewing it full-screen. Activating it is a simple process. We show you how below. How to Activate Full-Screen Mode in Firefox This tutorial walks you through it step-by-step on the Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms. Open the Firefox browser. To activate Full-Screen mode, select the Firefox menu, located in the upper-right corner of the browser window and represented by three horizontal lines. When the pop-out menu appears, select the full-screen icon. It's a short line with two arrows pointing to opposite corners. You can see it highlighted in the image below. You can also use keyboard shortcuts in place of this menu item. On a Windows PC, press F11. On a Linux computer, press F11. On a Mac, press Command+Shift+F.
