At this point, the Report a Broken Web Site dialog should be overlaying your main browser window.
Mozilla's Evangelism Team handles all broken web site report submissions. The privacy policy displayed at this step details the information that they collect and how it is used.
After reading and accepting the contents of the privacy policy, check the box next to the agreement located towards the bottom of the dialog window. Once this is done, click Next.
