How to Protect Yourself From Firefox's Password Manager Security Flaw

There is a critical security flaw in Firefox v2.0's Password Manager, allowing attackers to gain access to your login credentials and other user information on certain web sites such as some blogs and MySpace.

To protect yourself from this potentially dangerous exploit, open your Firefox browser. If you are a Windows user, choose Tools from your Firefox menu. When the drop-down menu appears, select Options. If you are a Macintosh user, choose Firefox from your Firefox menu. When the drop-down menu appears, select Preferences.
