"If you've used the Opera browser before, chances are you're familiar with Speed Dial. This add-on brings the same functionality to Firefox, allowing you access your favorite websites from the custom keypad. Consisting of site preview images, the layout can be launched in several ways. These include opening a blank tab or window, pressing a toolbar button, or entering a chrome command in the address bar. Speed Dial makes accessing your most frequently visited sites a breeze. Advanced options give you the ability to set the number of sites as well as to group specific sites so they are opened in unison."
"With Speed Dial, you can easily access your most used websites. To show the Speed Dial tab, use the Speed Dial button (which can be added to the toolbar), or enter "chrome://speeddial/content" in your location bar. To assign one website to Speed Dial, use the new "Set as Speed Dial" option in the bookmarks menu, or right click on the tab you want to add, and choose "Set as Speed Dial". That option is also available in the contextual area menu."
