A new browser tab should now be displayed, containing the Opera Widgets main page (widgets.opera.com). It is on this page where you can find well over a thousand widgets that are available for download free of charge. There are several ways to locate widgets on this page, the first being a widget search.
Simply enter your desired search terms (i.e., weather) in the entry field found in the upper right hand corner of the page. Next, click on the Search button. You will now be taken to a search results page containing all available widgets relating to weather.
