The third section in the Delete Browsing History window deals with History. Internet Explorer records and stores a list of all web sites that you visit.
To remove this list of sites from your hard drive, click on the button labeled Delete history.... A message dialog will then appear asking Are you sure you want to delete your history of visited websites? Click on the Yes button. The list of sites that you have visited in the past via Internet Explorer is now permanently removed.
