Microsoft no longer supports Internet Explorer and recommends that you update to the newer Edge browser. Head to their site to download the newest version.

How to Add a New Internet Explorer Search Engine

Internet Explorer 11 comes with Microsoft Bing as the default search engine. However, IE is compatible with other search engines, including Google, YouTube, Yahoo, Wikipedia, and eBay. Add additional search engines to Internet Explorer by selecting from a list in the Internet Explorer Gallery.

If the search engine you want to use isn't already installed in Internet Explorer 11, follow these steps to add it to the browser:

  1. Select the Search drop-down arrow on the navigation bar.
