A cookie is essentially a message passed from a Web server to a Web browser which is then stored on your iPad in a small text file. This cookie can have many uses, the main one allowing a Web server to identify a user and serve up customized pages and/or login information to the user's browser when revisiting a specific page. You may have the desire to delete your iPad's stored cookies for a variety of reasons. This tutorial will show you how to accomplish that feat in a few easy steps.

First select the Settings icon, normally located towards the middle of your iPad Home Screen.
