A small notification window appears in your browser almost instantly when any of these items are detected.

MySpace Notifier Extended is a great script as it lets you go about your other business online without having to periodically check your MySpace account for any new messages, comments, or requests. With a simple, non-obtrusive presence, Notifier lets you know almost right away when you've received any of the aforementioned items on your MySpace page. As long as you are logged into your account, you do not need to have MySpace open anywhere within Firefox which is very convenient. When the little blue window appears, simply click the notification to be taken directly to MySpace. This is a huge time saver and a must have for even the most causal MySpace user.
