Guide Review - Ad Slicer for MySpace
Ad Slicer for MySpace is great if you feel that the advertisements get in your way. For the most part, ads on profile pages are limited to the top of the page and they are non-obtrusive. However, on the home page and some of the other main portals you may find that you'd rather do without the flashing ads and link boxes that are scattered about. This script does a nice job of rearranging most page layouts to the point where you would never know the ads were there in the first place. Unfortunately, it seems like MySpace is always making changes that have an adverse effect on Ad Slicer and you may run into situations where alignment is off and links overlap. The author of Ad Slicer is very vigilant when it comes to this and tends to update the script often enough to counteract these changes. This is a really nice script for removing ads and works a lot better than some of the alternatives out there.
