Click on Chrome's main menu button, represented by three horizontal lines and circled in the example above. When the drop-down menu appears, hover your mouse cursor over Bookmarks. A sub-menu should now appear to the right or left, depending on your browser's positioning. Click on the Import bookmarks and settings... option.
