Describe Problem

The next piece of information that you need to include in the report is a description of the problem. In the section labeled Describe Problem, an entry field is provided in which you should include all details, no matter how small, that you believe may be pertinent to the problem at hand. Keep in mind that when a developer attempts to analyze and fix a defect, having more information usually correlates to a higher success rate. There does not appear to be a character limit enforced here, so try to be as thorough as possible.
