In newer versions of the operating system the Windows taskbar provides a great way to preview open applications by simply hovering over their icon, displaying a thumbnail image of the respective program’s active window(s). This can come in very handy, especially when it comes to your browser. If you have several browser windows open, hovering over its icon in the taskbar will cause thumbnails of each open Web page to appear. Unfortunately, there is a limitation here when it comes to open tabs. In most browsers only the active tab within a window appears in the taskbar preview, forcing you to maximize the actual window to view the open tabs.
Firefox 7, however, provides the option to display all open tabs within its preview window. This setting, disabled by default, can be activated in just a few easy steps. This tutorial walks you through the process.
