The next piece of information that you need to include in the report is the type of issue that you have encountered. In the section labeled Problem Type, a drop-down menu provides you with the following choices.
- Browser not supported
- Can't log in
- Plugin not shown
- Other content missing
- Behavior wrong
- Appearance wrong
- Other problem
Select the option that is most relevant to your particular problem. If none of the choices seem applicable, choose Other Problem.
