Most people walking around with an iPhone or iPod touch are unaware of the fact that they do not have to use the Safari browser to surf the Web. There are a fair number of alternatives available via the App Store, each one offering its own unique pros and cons. The cost of these browsers can range from free to upwards of ten dollars.

Over the next couple of weeks About Web Browsers will profile several different browsing options for the iPhone and iPod touch. Today's featured browser is Mobicip, which utilizes dynamic filtering to prevent your children from viewing adult content.
