Firefox 3 Enters Final Stages of Development

It's almost here! Mozilla's recent release of Firefox 3 Beta 5 signified what should be the browser's final beta version. What this means is that the public unveiling of Firefox 3 is on the near horizon. Fans of the browser have been yearning for v3 for a while now, with improved speed and better security topping the list of desires. Beta 5 certainly produces in these areas with a better JavaScript engine, integrated malware and forgery protection, secure add-on updates, and much more. Coupled with a nice helping of new features, this preview edition is an indication that the "red fox" is truly on the rise. Beta 5 is available for download in 45 different languages and is intended for testing purposes only.
