What's In Store For Firefox?
Friday May 11, 2007
APC Magazine's Dan Warne recently interviewed the CEO of the Mozilla Foundation, Mitchell Baker, and they discussed all things Firefox. This included the browser's past as well as what is in store for its future which will include an increased presence on mobile devices as well as open source technology that will allow the company to stay competitive with Adobe Flash and the newly released Microsoft Silverlight. This is a fascinating interview and it even touches on Mozilla's plans for web applications that will run offline, also known as Web 3.0.
